I N T E R I O R S will provide you a Menu of Services and fees suited to your particular Project       To Schedule a Complimentary Appointment Please Call 602/ 576-4007 Design Sequence Initial Consultation Meet at the project site to discuss your project. We take detailed notes making certain we understand the clients goals and objectives of the project. We obtain plans if available, and photograph the existing spaces. Project Evaluation and Design Retainer We meet again to review our assessment of the project. We present our Letter of Agreement outlining our services and fees. Upon approval we begin the design process. Conceptual Design Phase Discussion of preliminary drawings, with emphasis on function, equipment or features, and special client considerations. Often, available options are discussed at this time. A budget study is done at this stage. Schematic Design Phase Scaled Drawings, and sketches, pertinent to the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing within the space. Design Development and Preliminary Presentation Details and selection of materials for the space including surface materials, fixtures, furnishings, window, wall and floorcoverings. Scheduling of trade showroom appointments, as needed for selections. Purchasing, Order Tracking, and Project Management Confirmation of selections will then be prepared in proposal form with outline of cost estimates. Supervisory meetings with craftsmen. Installation, Quality Control, Final Evaluation Designer will schedule installations of materials and furnishings, observe as needed to assure adherance to design criteria, and review project with the Client. Fee Schedules A variety of fee structures are available, some of the most common are: Hourly, Flat Fee, Square Footage, and Percentage of Project Cost.
